What you'll do

• Financial planning & analysis, cost & profitability analysis, business performance & reporting, and data-driven strategic decision-making
• Consolidates and provides sanity check on financial statements, business activity reports, annual budgets and analysis reports etc.
• Tracks KPIs and provides in-depth analysis, and suggestions on improvement areas (forecasting accuracy)
• Assist business leaders to take best informed decisions by pro-actively communicating finance topics
• Provide objective information to ensure systematic control and strict monitoring of planned objectives
• Ensure compliance and governance through correct application of internal and external guidelines
• Spearhead digitalization/automation and continuous improvement initiatives to drive agility and resilience. (processes & tools)

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
• 4+ years of experience in financial analysis.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and financial reporting software.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

The salary for this role is $90,000.00 - $105,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
