Oracle Cloud O2C Functional Consultant - RQ01460

Duration: 6 months

Location: Remote

Looking for an Oracle ERP Cloud Order to Cash Consultant with expertise in Order Management (OM) and Order to Cash (O2C). The ideal candidate will implement, configure, and support Oracle Cloud ERP solutions, working closely with business users. Ideal candidate should have experience in Oracle ERP Cloud (Functional Role).

Must Have Skills:
  • 10+ years of experience in Oracle ERP OM and O2C modules. EBS experience is counted.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Advanced Pricing, Shipping Execution, and AR.
  • Oracle ERP Cloud experience
  • Experience in Oracle Cloud Order Management (Fusion).
  • Prior consulting experience in large-scale Oracle ERP projects.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Oracle ERP Certification in Order Management or Financials.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field


Responsibilities:
  • Configure and support Order Management, Pricing, Shipping Execution, and Receivables.
  • Perform gap analysis, troubleshoot issues, and provide production support.
  • Develop functional and technical design documents.
  • Lead Oracle ERP upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
  • Provide training and user support.
  • Conduct and drive business process analysis and gather functional requirements to design and configure Oracle modules.
  • Assist Functional Consultant in finalizing the functional specification, system configuration and system test plan document.
  • Participate in system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and end-user training to ensure successful deployment of Oracle solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues, system errors, and performance problems in collaboration with technical teams.
  • Stay updated with the latest Oracle functionalities, patches, and upgrades, and provide recommendations for system improvements.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle systems, including monitoring, system enhancements, and user assistance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as developers, project managers, and business analysts, to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
  • Document functional specifications, configuration changes, and system enhancements for future reference and knowledge sharing
