The Sr. B2B Relationship Manager is responsible for establishing and strengthening relationships with key business partners and customers to help maximize business growth. The primary focus is with customers in the government, education, and corporate business sectors, particularly purchasing cooperatives, GPOs and select larger customers. You will be involved with high-level conversations, contract negotiations, and agreements for joint ventures and continue to nurture the business relationship after helping to facilitate the initial deals. You will also be responsible for developing strategies and presenting them to prospects and partners.

The Sr. B2B Relationship Manager is responsible for establishing and strengthening relationships with key business partners and customers to help maximize business growth. Responsibilities:
- Builds relationships with company's largest business customers
- Follows up on internal and external contract leads
- Decides on negotiation strategy, reviews contracts and adjusts pricing
- Liaisons with internal departments during the process, including IT, AR, Web, Legal and Marketing
- Ensures that existing client relationships are maintained
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and writing skills
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Analytical thinker and quick problem solver
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Regular travel required
- Familiarity with e-procurement systems and Salesforce a plus
