The worldwide Apple Retail Engagement & Marketing (REM) team defines, makes and delivers programs, campaigns, initiatives and experiences that help Apple Retail's customers and teams discover, be inspired by, learn about and go further with Apple's products and services, and does so in a manner that is true to our values.
Description
The Creative team in REM drives excellence in how our learning, communication, and experiential content is expressed. In this role, you'll work to design videos that elevate the digital journey of users by helping them learn about our programs and technologies through insights directly from our Retail team.
RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Be a writer on a video team
Ensure that language and voice is clear and consistent
Participate in all phases of the creative process
Follow through on challenges and details with partners and business leaders
Absorb feedback, question assumptions, and articulate your point of view
Articulate concepts and present work to senior leaders and strategic partners
