We're looking for a Manager, Business Analysis & Software Testing to join our program management team in Montreal.

What You'll Be Contributing:

• Lead and manage a team that can include Business Analysts, QA Software Testers, and Technical Procedure Writers;
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to enhance team effectiveness;
• Foster a collaborative environment that promotes cross-functional communication between business, technical, and operational teams.
• Execute against a structured business analysis framework to translate stakeholder requests into clear and actionable feature specifications;
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements;
• Ensure that all feature specifications are well-defined, unambiguous, and actionable for software development teams;
• Align business analysis outputs with engineering, QA, and operations for seamless implementation.
• Oversee repeatable testing processes, including regression testing, bug tracking, and smoke tests;
• Develop structured QA methodologies to ensure software features meet business and operational requirements before deployment;
• Define and enforce quality standards for test case creation, execution, and reporting;
• Work closely with development teams to validate features, track defects, and drive continuous quality improvements.
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of clear, concise, and well-structured technical documentation;
• Ensure technical procedures are actionable and align with operational workflows (e.g., warehouse floor execution);
• Improve and execute against a standardized documentation processes, ensuring consistency across all product and operational teams;
• Maintain version-controlled documentation for features, workflows, and testing procedures.
• Serve as a bridge between stakeholders, developers, QA, and operations to align expectations and delivery;
• Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements to enhance team productivity;
• Own and refine the software development lifecycle, ensuring efficient sprint planning, backlog management, and timely delivery;
• Work with senior leadership to align business analysis, documentation, and testing with broader company objectives.

What Sets You Apart:

• 7+ years of experience in business analysis, QA testing, and technical documentation, ideally in a software or operations-driven environment;
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience overseeing business analysts, QA testers, and documentation specialists;
• Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), including backlog management, sprint planning, and product ownership;
• Proven ability to translate business needs into clear, structured feature specifications and technical documentation;
• Experience developing and managing QA testing frameworks, including regression testing, defect tracking, and validation processes;
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, ensuring alignment between business, development, and operations teams;
• Proficiency with Agile tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms for documentation and project tracking.
