Account Executive

As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving new business opportunities and securing new clients within the Ad Measurement sector. This position requires a "hunter"mentality-someone who is driven, confident, and skilled at building relationships, pitching offerings, and closing deals. You will focus on growing the client base and ensuring the value proposition resonates with the right audiences.

Their unique solution guarantees validated responses for every survey, providing businesses with reliable data and insights and enables comprehensive tracking of consumer opinion and behavior, offering powerful measurement tools for advertising exposure, product effectiveness, and brand performance. Trusted by leading organizations across various industries, their solutions help clients make data-driven decisions to enhance product development, brand strategy, and advertising effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:
  • Develop a strong understanding of the company's unique product offerings and value propositions.
  • Create compelling and tailored sales pitches to engage potential clients within the Ad Measurement ecosystem.
  • Prospect, pitch, and secure new business opportunities within specified territories, including U.S.-based consumer brands or ad agencies/media owners.
  • Manage a pipeline of qualified leads through proactive outreach, networking, and CRM management.

Relationship Building & Client Engagement:
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients across various sectors, ensuring the company's solutions align with their needs.
  • Utilize your knowledge of the advertising and advertising effectiveness measurement space to effectively close deals and build long-term partnerships.
  • Stay informed on industry trends to position yourself as a knowledgeable partner and trusted advisor to clients.

Target Achievement & Performance:
  • Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets through consistent efforts in prospecting, pitching, and closing deals.
  • Monitor and manage the sales process from lead generation to contract signing, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience as an account executive or demonstrated success in prospecting and closing new business.
  • Knowledge of the advertising and advertising effectiveness measurement ecosystems.
  • A "hunter"mentality with a passion for finding and closing new business.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Proven ability to build relationships quickly with potential clients.
  • Experience in B2B sales, ideally in advertising, media, or consumer-facing sectors.
  • Motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as collaborate within a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits:
  • Salary: $100 -125K base + $50-75K Commission OTE
    • Expected bookings of approximately $1-2 million in the first year
