Mercy Medical Group (MMG), a large multi-specialty medical group in the Sacramento Region, is looking to add an experienced full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to float between our FM clinics in the Sacramento area.
Opportunity Highlights:
MMG clinicians provide services to patients at Dignity Health Medical Foundation locations throughout Sacramento. Responsibilities
Patient Assessment and Diagnosis:
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments.
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
- Develop and implement patient care plans.
- Prescribe medications and therapies.
- Provide health promotion and disease prevention education.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
- Consult with physicians and specialists as needed.
- Coordinate patient care across various settings.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Primary Care and Pediatrics (no exceptions)
- A valid and unrestricted license to practice in the State of California
- Nationally recognized certification (as determined by Medicare)
- Completion of state mandated educational courses
$64.87 - $85.16 /hour
