This position may have opportunities for hybrid/remote work for a portion of the work schedule. Additional time in the office may be required depending on training and operational needs. Position Summary
This position performs administrative policy functions and provides professional administrative support to the Office of the Secretary. This position also serves as programmatic support for key initiatives and as a liaison for the Secretary and executive leadership to the Governor's Office, department agency heads, legislators, external companies and organizations, and federal officials, and a variety of statewide boards and commissions. Salary Information
Starting hourly rate for the Administrative Policy Advisor position (schedule/range 81-03) will be $35.00 per hour - $44.33 per hour ($72,800- $92,206 annually) depending on qualifications and experience. Pay for current state employees will be set in accordance with the Wisconsin State Compensation Plan. A twelve-month probationary period is required.
