Job Description:
The Customer Assurance Manager's primary role is to provide technical support to our customers' field technicians. Thisimportant areaof our business supports the entire Residential, Light Commercial, and Large Commercial Applied product lines in the Carrier,Payneand Bryant families.
In addition to phone support, job site visits with the dealerare required toassistwith problem resolution. Other duties include consumer relations, special warranty issues, and providing technical product training for our dealers.
Additionally, this position will support internal customers as needed to secure sales and addresspost-saleissues.

Requirements
Requirements:
- About 5 - 10 years of HVAC Residential and Commercial technical service experience, ideally with Carrier, Bryant, and Payne unitary, ductless, and VRF products.
- BS in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline preferred.
- Bilingual; English and Spanish.
- Must have exceptional communication skills.
- Knowledge of HVAC design, applications, and diagnostic skills.
- Strong foundationin digital tools, computer skills, and virtual engagement necessary.
- Salesforce CRM experience is a plus.
