- Own the test initiative on technical aspects
- Perform requirement analysis and solution design
- Define strategies roadmaps and or solution approach
- Perform database analysis within the application area to derive key data required to be integrated in the framework architecture
- Help customer achieve critical project milestones or handle complex situations
- Scope and estimate the test automation effort
- Provide technical leadership and perform effective code reviews
- Focus on both schedule and quality
