Job Description:
- Weekend work required: Must work two weekends every six weeks
- Complete a skills checklist found in documents
- Provide a minimum of two supervisory references covering at least one year of employment within the last three years in a comparable specialty/setting
- Expected to float between all facilities within a given state
- Refusal to float may result in termination of assignment and/or forfeiture of guaranteed hours
- Providers may be supplied with communication devices needed to perform duties at no cost; if not provided, reimbursement for work-related phone use is available up to a specified amount
- Modules are non-billable; average completion time is 16 hours; over 20 hours requires project manager approval
- Modules must be completed before the start and annually
- Orientation period includes 40 hours that are non-billable
