Willow Valley Communities RN wages are determined on an experience based pay scale.
Wages:
- $34.00-$43.00/hr, based on experience
- Plus evening shift differential and weekend differential rates
Responsibilities:
- Supervises and coordinates personnel delivery of nursing care on assigned shift to ensure quality nursing care
- Accurately transcribes and carries out physicians' orders.
- Explains procedures and treatments to Resident to gain cooperation, understanding, and allay apprehension.
- Administers treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques.
- Assists in development and implementation of Resident Care Plan; updates care plan as needed.
- Prepares equipment and aids Physician during treatment and examination of Resident.
- Observes Resident, records significant conditions and reactions, and notifies supervisor or Physician of Resident's condition and reaction to drugs, treatments and significant incidents.
- Responds to life-saving situations based upon nursing standards, policies, procedures and protocol.
- Inventories and requisitions supplies to ensure quality nursing care.
Qualifications:
- PA RN License required.

- Full-Time and Part-Time
- Evenings and Weekends
Schedules:
- 3:00pm - 11:30pm
