Job Description
Job Title: Radiologic Technologist

Job Specialty: Radiology Diagnostic Technologist

Job Duration: 13 weeks

Shift: Afternoon/Evenings, 4x10 or 5x8

Guaranteed Hours: 36-40 weekly

Experience: Minimum 5 years of hospital experience with at least 3 years in a trauma operating room and emergency trauma

License: Required

Certifications: ARRT, BLS

Must-Have:
- Operating room experience
- Ability to work independently in the operating room

Job Description:

- Provide diagnostic imaging services in a hospital setting.
- Assist in trauma and emergency room situations, ensuring high-quality images for accurate patient diagnosis.
- Participate in rotational on-call and weekend shifts as needed.
- Follow the hospital's dress code; wear provided blue OR scrubs and own burgundy scrubs for other duties.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure patient safety and care.
- Demonstrate proficiency in operating radiology equipment and maintaining necessary safety standards.
- Effectively communicate with patients, explaining procedures and ensuring comfort.
