Position Summary
As the Senior Analyst, Liquidity and Capital Management, you will play a crucial role in stewarding the financial health of our organization by focusing on optimizing working capital, building strategies to collect outstanding receivables, and managing customer credit.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, exceptional analytical skills, and a strong understanding of accounting principles. The candidate will work with a high-performing team to develop standards, practices, tools, and KPI measures to meaningfully improve cash and liquidity for the business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Design and implement strategies and campaigns to collect outstanding receivables
- Operational Improvement: Conduct comprehensive analysis into Metergy's operations to continuously improve collection rates and liqudity profile
- Performance Management: Develop and monitor KPIs and performance metrics to track effectiveness of ongoing strategies
- Leadership Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc presentations and updates to Executive Leadership Team
- Organizational Collaboration: Liaise with groups across the organization to ensure effective working capital management, including Finance, Customer, and Client Success
- Vendor Management: Manage 3rd party vendors to execute collection strategies and improve cash position
- Policy Review: Review and update customer credit terms and policies as needed
- Customer Management: Manage effective disconnection and reconnection for accounts in arrears and related administrative work
- Team Leadership: Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment focused on continuous improvement and excellence
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA preferred but not required
- Two (2) to Four (4) years in an accounting, finance, treasury, or credit role. Experience with Big4 Accounting Firms or Banks preferred but not required
- Experience with data management tools (PowerBI, PowerQuery) preferred but not required
- Ability to multi-task efficiently, collaborate cross functionally and work with a team in a hybrid work environment
- Organized with an ability to implement systems and processes to bring structure to a function while retaining the flexibility required to manage effectively in a business undergoing growth and change
- Willing to display the emotional intelligence needed to influence internal and external parties through a period of profound growth and change leadership
