Salary Range: $100,000-$114,000 annually

If yes, here's how you will contribute to the team:

As a Director of Nursing (DON), you will put resident service first and ensure that residents and their families receive the highest quality care. In accordance with guidelines and regulations, you will deliver a full range of nursing care. This includes, but is not limited to:
  • Completing initial, comprehensive and ongoing assessments of residents to determine medical needs.
  • Writing, initiating and revising the plan of care, as needed.
  • Initiating and delivering appropriate preventative and rehabilitative nursing care, and administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Completing, maintaining, and submitting accurate clinical notes regarding condition and care given.
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of all resident care information.
  • Promoting a culture of safety to ensure a healthy practice and living environment.

Must Have:
  • RN with current licensure to practice in the state
  • Minimum of 1 year supervisory or leadership experience in a similar role.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of applicable nursing principles and practices to ensure the quality of care standards for residents
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision

Nice to Have:
  • Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment
  • Nursing experience providing direct care to multiple residents
  • Behavioral care / memory care experience
  • Experience with PointClickCare (PCC)
