The range displayed is specifically for positions performed in those cities/states and may vary based on factors including but not limited to the following: local market data and ranges; an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience; and certain degrees, licensing, and certifications.
New York: $225,000-$420,000
- You will interact directly with clients and act with integrity to provide incisive advice to clients, with the support of your colleagues.
- You will have the opportunity to lead the drafting of complex and innovative transaction documentation and negotiate terms on behalf of clients.
- You will take responsibility for day to day matters on complex transactions.
- You will supervise and mentor junior attorneys on the team.
- You will demonstrate excellence in communicating with clients in order to understand their needs and how best to meet them.
- Strong project finance experience, open to candidates at all levels.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail with well-developed analytical skills.
