We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a NetSuite Solution and Pre-Sales Senior Consultant to join the Enterprise Applications team in our Digital Advisory practice.
CohnReznick is a hybrid firm and most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered remote which means it does not require job duties be performed within proximity of a CohnReznick office location. However, as a remote employee, you may be required to be present at a CohnReznick office with scheduled notice for client work, team meetings, or trainings.

This position will support our Digital Advisory team. We advise a blend of small, mid-sized and large US and multinational firms on strategy, technology, and transformation, process optimization, analytics enablement, systems implementations, automation, integrations, data management, and more. Join our multidisciplinary Enterprise Application team as we lead clients to achieve operational excellence through developing a deep understanding of their business and, based on that understanding, leverage technology, innovation, and automation to glean insights and maximize efficiencies.

YOUR ROLE.

As a NetSuite Solution Consultant/ Pre Sales Specialist you will be responsible for helping and facilitating CohnReznick NetSuite sales processes, working in tandem with our sales and delivery teams. You will add value throughout the sales process by:
- Working with our existing customers to formulate service packages and approaches to most effectively meet their goals
- Speaking to prospect stakeholders to demonstrate the function and impact of NetSuite for your prospect's organization
- Conducting business discussions to understand customers current and future needs
- Presenting in-depth product demonstrations
- Assembling Statements of Work to engage with Clients, which would include creating services estimates and determining software license packages
Other responsibilities include:
- Conduct discovery calls to capture both software and service requirements
- Build or coordinate with our delivery team to construct engaging and effective system demos for prospective clients or marketing content
- Maintain an expansive understanding of NetSuite functionality, modules, editions, and ecosystem
- Respond to RFPs and generate client proposals
- Own the sales to delivery hand-off process
- Generate Statements of Work for Client engagement
- Work within CohnReznick systems for opportunity management, contract signature, and project start-up
- Educate the Delivery team on new features and capabilities quarterly
- While this role will be predominantly non-billable, if the need arise you are expected to fill gaps within delivery for short durations (no longer than 8 weeks)
- Some business travel will be required (
The successful candidate will have:
- NetSuite Certified ERP Consultant or similar certification in a similar ERP platform
- Bachelor's Degree
- Superb communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams and prospects to create impactful and effective artifacts and deliverables
- Team player, has worked in small and large teams
- Self-starter, driven, resourceful, and problem solver
- Driven by customer satisfaction, success and quality of work
- Functional expertise in one or more process domains: finance/accounting, projects, distribution/supply chain (order-to-cash, procure-to-pay), manufacturing; demonstrated leadership role
- Direct experience with either software demo or proposal writing.
- Specific industry experience in areas like manufacturing, distribution, consumer packaged goods, hospitality, technology, or service industries would be a benefit
