QA Manager

We are seeking an experienced QA Manager to lead our software quality assurance team with a strong focus on SmartBear tools, including TestComplete and ReadyAPI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing testing strategies, ensuring high-quality software releases, and optimizing automation frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the QA team, including hiring, mentoring, and performance evaluation.
  
• Develop and implement QA strategies, methodologies, and best practices.
  
• Oversee and enhance test automation frameworks using SmartBear TestComplete and ReadyAPI.
  
• Ensure efficient test execution for functional, regression, performance, and API testing.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and DevOps to deliver high-quality software.
  
• Drive CI/CD integration with automated testing frameworks.
  
• Monitor and report on QA metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
  
• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging testing tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  
• 7+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  
• Expertise in SmartBear TestComplete and ReadyAPI.
  
• Strong knowledge of automated and manual testing methodologies.
  
• Experience with test automation frameworks, scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript), and CI/CD tools.
  
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices.
  
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with additional automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or Postman.
  
• Knowledge of cloud-based testing environments.
  
• ISTQB or equivalent certification.
