Publicis Media Exchange (PMX) is an omnichannel activation powerhouse that drives smart application of investment by leveraging scale, marketplace innovation and knowledge, deeper partnerships and proprietary solutions.

In 2021 PMX launched an Advanced TV practice called PMX Lift. This practice combines the scale and expertise of Publicis Media with the data and technology of Publicis-owned Epsilon, to deliver cross channel video planning, execution and measurements with core media partners in the market. The offerings within PMX Lift include products around Addressable TV, and Over-The-Top (OTT) video.

Within the Lift practice there are several groups that come together to deliver end to end solutions for Publicis clients. The Client enablement team is the face of the Lift brand. They work hand in hand with agency teams, clients, and across several internal PMX teams to support the education, sales, growth and demand of the PMX Lift product.

As a result, we are looking for a talented and highly motivated Associate Director to join the PMX Lift Client Enablmenet team and help drive PMX Lift adoption across the company, for clients within several different business verticals. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively and will be expected to manage the following responsibilities:

Responsibilities

  • Reports to VP of Client Enablement, PMX Lift
  • Engage confidently with key client and agency teams
  • Lead engagement with key internal Lift teams, communicating campaign information accurately and ensuring requested audiences, campaign details and reporting/measurement requirements are met
  • Ability to interpret client briefs and strategy - identifying the correct Lift solution, ensuring flawless start to finish execution of campaigns rooted in client KPIs
  • Act as a subject matter expert on advanced video capabilities, prepared to explain planning and buying nuances, media landscape and addressable capabilities to internal and external teams
  • Develop and maintain relationships between internal and external parties across various practice areas, including investment, strategy, data, activation, measurement (internal and external), client teams and external sales teams
  • Ability to identify areas for opportunity to expand and expedite current processes and drive automation improvement to evolve current and new solutions
  • Sounds understanding of advanced audiences and the role they play in advanced video capabilities, to ensure close collaboration with both Epsilon, external data vendors and internal audience enablement teams that drive new and existing integrations and product development
  • Partnership with both Activation and Measurement to review and and analyze post campaign reporting data adding headlines, campaign specific insights and recommendations at an individual brand level
  • Track status of campaign, from intake to measurement output, ensuring every step of the process runs accurately and on time


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience within an agency or media company, including client facing responsibilities
  • Experience with Advanced TV, including Addressable TV and/or CTV/OTT, with knowledge of the landscape and confidence explaining the role of advanced video
  • Experience preferred with Advanced TV vendors (examples including Ampersand, Dish, Warner/Xandr, Amobee, OpenAP, NBCU AdSmart, Viacom Vantage, Discovery Engage, Vizio, Samsung, Roku, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills allowing individual to explain how advanced video fits into a video strategy and is directly tied to core KPIs
  • Experience managing, training and developing direct reports
  • Experience with process building/workflow documentation
  • Excellent relationship building and decision-making skills with ability to think creatively
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
  • Other preferred traits include a hand-raising attitude, high attention to detail, ability to keep meticulously organized, and taking initiative on projects

Compensation Range: $95,950 - $150,995. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
