Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Program Manager to lead the strategic brownfield upgrade from SAP ECC to S/4HANA. The ideal candidate will bring a decade of SAP expertise, with a strong leadership background in managing complex implementations across finance, procurement, and payroll domains. This role is crucial for ensuring successful business process improvements, system integration, and organizational change management.

Requirements
  • Lead the transition from SAP ECC to S/4HANA using a brownfield approach, focusing on minimal business disruption.
  • Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for the implementation that aligns with organizational goals.
  • Oversee and coordinate efforts across multiple teams, including SAP functional and technical teams, business stakeholders, and external integrators.
  • Drive business process re-engineering and optimization to ensure improved efficiency post-migration.
  • Manage comprehensive data migration strategies, ensuring data integrity throughout the process.
  • Conduct extensive testing efforts including unit, integration, UAT to guarantee system readiness and compliance.
  • Implement effective change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions and minimize organizational impact.
  • Provide regular updates, risk assessments, and strategic advice to senior executives.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and empowerment under a servant leadership approach.


Key Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP, with extensive leadership in full-cycle SAP implementations.
  • Proven expertise in managing at least one end-to-end SAP S/4HANA brownfield upgrade.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP modules including FI/CO, MM, and HCM/HR.
  • Strong experience with data migration strategies and business process improvement within SAP environments.
  • Proficiency in testing strategies and methodologies related to SAP implementations.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certifications such as PMP, SAFe Agile, or specific SAP S/4HANA certifications.
  • Experience in managing large-scale, global SAP implementations.
  • Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and Agile project delivery frameworks.
