  • A Curious Innovator: You stay ahead of digital trends and identify new opportunities to evolve the work.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

  • Oversee and track budgets of $1M-$3M across multiple business lines, ensuring financial accountability and project efficiency.
  • Cultivate trust and reliability to support day-to-day needs and foster organic growth opportunities.
  • Partner with leadership to forecast work, plan budgets, and drive studio growth initiatives.
  • Lead project management in designated tools, from initial briefing and scheduling to final execution, ensuring adherence to goals and budgets.
  • Guide teams to execute against creative leadership's vision while offering strategic input based on client history and market insights.
  • Oversee asset packaging, copy supervision, and collaboration with creative teams to align technical and creative specifications.
  • Lead departmental initiatives, resource planning, and onboarding efforts to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Proactively identify and resolve risks impacting project deliverables.

AS FOR EXPERIENCE, YOU NEED:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital design or marketing within an agency or corporate setting as a producer, account manager, or project manager.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation, client relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to work independently and within a highly collaborative team environment, navigating ambiguity with confidence.
  • Exceptional prioritization and problem-solving skills, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field (or additional 2 years of experience in lieu of a degree).
