Summary:
As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in driving financial insights and supporting strategic decision-making in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. This role requires a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional with strong Excel and data modeling skills, as well as experience building and maintaining Power BI dashboards. You will work autonomously, managing multiple priorities while delivering accurate and timely financial analysis.
As a key business partner, you will collaborate across teams to optimize financial processes, enhance reporting capabilities, and provide data-driven recommendations. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain complex financial models and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
- Build and manage Power BI dashboards and datasets to provide actionable insights and improve reporting efficiency.
- Analyze large volumes of data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that impact business performance.
- Work autonomously to gather, interpret, and present financial data in a clear and concise manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance and support on business initiatives.
- Adapt quickly to evolving priorities in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis or a related field.
- Exceptional Excel skills, including advanced functions, data modeling, and scenario analysis.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, including creating dashboards, managing data sets, and optimizing reporting capabilities.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with the ability to make quick, data-driven decisions.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills with a patient and collaborative approach to teamwork.
