Description:

You will serve as the primary point of contact for the Energy Efficiency Project in Sacramento, CA at FTB HQ
You will be Responsible for walking the job site while managing 2-3 Southland Project Managers, ensuring maximal energy savings
You will collaborate with Solutions Executives during Project Development to review project constructability and risk, develop construction pricing, and to prepare construction schedules.
Manages budget reports, cost and revenue projections, change orders, etc. for project.
Participates in project meetings with internal departments.
Provides leadership to project team to ensure project objectives and deadlines are met. Trains and mentors less-experienced positions. May manage direct reports, including performance, coaching, hiring, etc.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum of 8 years of experience in the Energy Field
At least 6/8 years need to be as a Project Manager
Past experience and strong knowledge within the Energy ( ESCO) field: Energy savings, HVAC, Controls, Water Systems, Generation
Ability to read and translate blueprints
Strong Intangibles: Verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate with all levels of employees, clients and subcontractors
Strong knowledge of building construction processes and methods and building codes and permitting

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Someone that comes from an ESCO (Energy Savings Contract Performance Based Background)
Mission Critical project experience
