$97,140-$149,833 per year depending on experience

Experience:
- Minimum of eight (8) years' experience in the management of large-scale records projects, preferably in a contract environment.
- Must have experience managing a repetitive, continuous records management, case management, application management, or other administrative related contract.
- Experience must contain a significant amount of client customer service.
- Extensive knowledge of life-cycle Records Management processes, including experience developing and implementing file plans, records inventories, and records disposition schedules.
- Demonstrated the ability to manage a regulatory document and records management effort, including a staff of specialty and line managers.
- Demonstrated knowledge of contemporary project management tools.
- Command of the core principles of effective management, including effective delegation, ownership, responsibility development and tracking.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, integrate, and manage life cycle regulatory document operations involving document processing in high volume automated and manual operations and scientific data abstraction operations.
- Experience effectively communicating with COR, TO/DO PM, government agency management, user organizations, and technical staff.
- Experience working with the FDA as a contractor or federal employee (preferred).
- Experience with managing a Service Contract Labor Act workforce (preferred).
- Must have managed multiple Federal Government contracts, with at least one contract over $20M (over $50M preferred).
Education/Certification:
- Master's degree in business administration, public administration, or a field closely related to records management (preferred).
- PMP certification (preferred).
