Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively hunt for new sales opportunities and close deals.
- Develop and execute a strategic approach to outbound prospecting and lead generation.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in target industries.
- Present and demonstrate PulseForge products and their competitive advantages.
- Stay on top of industry trends and competitor movements to identify market opportunities.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates to leadership.
- Travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of sales experience, ideally in the Semiconductor, Solar, or Battery industries.
- Proven ability to hunt for new business and close high-value deals.
- Self-motivated and highly competitive-thrives in a commission-driven environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and translate them into compelling sales pitches.
- Experience using CRM tools and sales analytics.
