Splitit operates globally and has offices in Atlanta and Tel Aviv. Our Atlanta based team works in the office 4 days per week, with the flexibility to work remotely one day per week.
What You'll Do
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Success Manager to oversee and grow relationships with some of our Top 50 clients across multiple industries. This is not a sales role, but a strategic relationship and account growth role. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure client satisfaction, nurture relationships, increase merchant sales volume (MSV) over time, and identify opportunities to expand our services within existing accounts. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure clients are leveraging our solutions effectively and proactively identify areas for optimization and growth.

- Client Relationship Management & Growth
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned large merchants, ensuring their needs are met and they continue to see value in our solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with multiple levels of client stakeholders.
- Expand our influence within assigned accounts by identifying key decision-makers and deepening engagement.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive MSV growth and optimize the client's payment processing strategy.
- Proactively identify expansion opportunities and drive adoption of additional products and services that enhance client success.
- Client Success & Retention
- Proactively identify and address potential challenges before they escalate, ensuring a seamless experience for merchants.
- Solve problems and remove roadblocks to maximize client satisfaction and retention.
- Partner with cross-functional teams-including support, product, risk, and finance-to address merchant concerns and optimize performance.
- Work with Executive level internal teams to create and deliver presentations showcasing performance insights, industry trends, and strategic recommendations.
- Leverage advanced analytics tools to track client usage patterns, uncover trends, and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Provide training and support to enable clients to optimize their use of our products and services.
- Industry & Product Expertise
- Develop a strong understanding of our payment solutions, including the technical aspects of credit card processing, BNPL (Buy Now, Pay Later), and merchant payment strategies.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and innovations to provide informed guidance and insights to clients.
- Ask the right questions and independently find answers, leveraging internal and external resources to continuously grow expertise.
What We're Looking For
- Experience Level: 4-10+ years in account management, client success, or relationship management within payments, fintech, or financial services.
- Fintech experience required-understanding of credit card processing, merchant acquiring, or BNPL solutions is essential.
- Startup experience is a plus-comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Strong ability to build relationships, identify growth opportunities, and drive increased merchant engagement.
- Proven ability to analyze data and extract actionable insights using tools like Looker, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Experience using AI-powered tools for predictive analytics, and to develop proactive client outreach and personalized customer experiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate issues and develop effective solutions proactively.
- Highly self-motivated and results-driven-able to work independently without extensive hand-holding.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to deliver insights at an executive level.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and account management platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, or similar).
