Content Development & Writing:
- Create high-quality, engaging content on HR technology, talent management, recruiting solutions, and workforce analytics.
- Write blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, eBooks, email campaigns, and website content that align with the company's brand voice and marketing goals.
- Research industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging HR tech innovations to develop thought leadership content.
- Optimize content for SEO and digital distribution, ensuring it reaches the right audience.
Project Management & Execution:
- Own and manage content marketing projects, ensuring deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Work closely with design, marketing, and product teams to produce engaging multimedia content, such as infographics, videos, and presentations.
- Coordinate content approvals with subject matter experts (SMEs), leadership, and stakeholders to ensure accuracy and alignment with company messaging.
- Maintain an editorial calendar to manage content workflow, publication schedules, and promotional efforts.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with product marketing and sales teams to develop content that supports lead generation, product launches, and customer education.
- Work with customer success teams to create customer stories, testimonials, and use cases that showcase HR tech solutions.
- Align with demand generation teams to ensure content supports email campaigns, social media, and paid advertising efforts.
Analytics & Optimization:
- Monitor content performance metrics, including engagement, conversion rates, and SEO rankings, to refine content strategies.
- Conduct A/B testing on messaging and content formats to identify what resonates best with target audiences.
- Continuously update and repurpose content to align with evolving industry trends and business needs.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in content creation, copywriting, or content marketing, preferably in the HR technology, SaaS, or B2B space.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging content.
- Experience managing content projects and editorial calendars.
- Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and content optimization best practices.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), marketing automation tools, and project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Trello).
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with HR software, talent acquisition trends, or workforce analytics is a plus.
