As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving projects to completion while maintaining project scope and customer satisfaction. The salary range for this position is between $85,000 and $100,000, based on experience and qualifications.

As a Project Manager, you will:
- Facilitate the definition of project scope, deliverables, and milestones
- Communicate and manage customer expectations at project and key stakeholder level
- Define project tasks and resource requirements
- Develop project plans and timelines to keep your projects in scope, on budget and on time
- Assess risks to project time, quality, and scope, and develop contingencies/mitigation strategies with project stakeholders and escalate as necessary.
- Lead and drive the planning and implementation of multiple large-scale complex projects simultaneously
- Manage personnel budget including revenue recognition and invoicing tasks in coordination with Finance department
- Ensure documentation is captured and stored according to Sectra best practices
- Travel as needed (up to 25%)
For this position, the following requirements apply:
- Bachelor's or equivalent experience in project management
- PMP preferred, but not required
- Formal Project Management training or related industry discipline
- 5+ years of work experience as a project manager
- Successful management of large, multi-facility, enterprise projects
- Familiarity with RIS / PACS / DICOM / HL7 and Radiology/Cardiology/Pathology workflow is a plus, but not required
- Ability to work across time zones as needed to support the customer
- Fluency in English
