HIT Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving projects to completion while maintaining project scope and customer satisfaction. As a Project Manager, you will:

• Facilitate the definition of project scope, deliverables, and milestones
• Communicate and manage customer expectations at project and key stakeholder level
• Define project tasks and resource requirements
• Develop project plans and timelines to keep your projects in scope, on budget and on time
• Assess risks to project time, quality, and scope, and develop contingencies/mitigation strategies with project stakeholders and escalate as necessary.
• Lead and drive the planning and implementation of multiple large-scale complex projects simultaneously
• Manage personnel budget including revenue recognition and invoicing tasks in coordination with Finance department
• Ensure documentation is captured and stored according to Sectra best practices
• Travel as needed (up to 25%)

For this position, the following requirements apply:

• Bachelor's or equivalent experience in project management
• PMP preferred, but not required
• Formal Project Management training or related industry discipline
• 5+ years of work experience as a project manager
• Successful management of large, multi-facility, enterprise projects
• Familiarity with RIS / PACS / DICOM / HL7 and Radiology/Cardiology/Pathology workflow is a plus, but not required
• Ability to work across time zones as needed to support the customer
• Fluency in English

The salary range for this position is between $85,000 and $100,000, based on experience and qualifications.
