As a key member of Marvell Technology's Global Real Estate & Workplace Strategy team, you will report directly to the Senior Director Global Real Estate and Workplace Strategy. Our mission is to align Marvell's global real estate portfolio with the company's strategic objectives, particularly in talent recruitment and retention. We focus on optimizing our real estate assets to reflect Marvell's brand identity, support employee wellness, and enhance productivity. Our responsibilities include:
Executing lease negotiations and managing broker relationships.
Standardizing and streamlining transaction workflows.
Ensuring optimal lease agreements in all operating markets.
Collaborating with senior leaders to translate business objectives into actionable real estate strategies.
Managing vendors supporting transaction activities, including brokers, landlords, and property managers.

What We're Looking For
Expected Base Pay Range (USD)
161,710 - 242,200, $ per annum
The successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.

What You Can Expect
- In this role, you will have the opportunity to build and shape Marvell's real estate transaction function from the ground up. Your expertise will be crucial in negotiating favorable lease terms, managing key stakeholder relationships, and ensuring our real estate portfolio aligns with Marvell's strategic goals. Your contributions will directly influence Marvell's brand presence, employee experience, and operational efficiency.
What Can You Expect: - Lease Negotiations & Strategy: Lead and negotiate lease agreements, renewals, and amendments to optimize terms and conditions. Develop and implement lease strategies that align with the company's business goals and expansion plans. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess space requirements and translate them into effective real estate solutions.
- Broker Management: Manage relationships with external real estate brokers, ensuring performance aligns with company objectives. Oversee the selection, training, and evaluation of brokers to maintain high service standards. Coordinate with brokers to identify and secure suitable properties that meet operational requirements.
- Lease Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date lease records, abstracts, and related documentation. Implement systems to track critical lease dates (e.g., expirations, renewals, options) and ensure timely actions. Analyze lease data to provide insights and recommendations for portfolio optimization.
- Lease Payments & Compliance: Oversee the processing of lease payments, including forecasting of real estate expenses, ensuring accuracy and adherence to contractual terms. Collaborate with the finance department to reconcile lease-related expenses and budgets. Ensure compliance with local, state, and international real estate regulations and reporting requirements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with legal, finance, operations, and other departments to align real estate activities with company objectives. Provide strategic guidance on real estate matters to senior leadership. Lead special projects related to real estate portfolio optimization and cost management.
What We're Looking For
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of 15 years of related experience in lease transaction management, with at least 5 years in a managerial role directly overseeing lease negotiations and broker management.
- Skills:
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of real estate markets, lease structures, and financial analysis.
- Proficiency in lease management software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
