Compensation: $120K-$130K

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Insurance Coverage Attorney who will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation in insurance coverage matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of insurance law and a proven track record in handling complex coverage disputes and litigation.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate insurance policies and provide legal analysis on coverage issues.
• Draft legal documents, including briefs, motions, and pleadings.
• Represent clients in litigation related to insurance coverage and defense.
• Negotiate settlements and engage in alternative dispute resolution processes.
• Advise clients on compliance with insurance regulations and industry standards.
• Stay updated on changes in insurance law and relevant case law to provide informed legal counsel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in insurance coverage and/or insurance defense.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Strong knowledge of insurance law and personal injury claims.
• Experience with workers' compensation cases is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills.
