- Work in a pharmacy unit handling a range of complex patients including trauma, burn, critical care, pediatrics, cardiac surgery, and ECMO.
- Utilize documentation systems such as Meditech Magic, Vigilanz, Dose Edge, and Pyxis.
- Engage in IV verification, medication verification, and IV compounding as needed.
- Demonstrate proficiency in dosing medications like Vancomycin (AUC), Aminoglycosides, warfarin, enoxaparin, and DOAC.
- Perform renal dosing and manage electrolyte protocols effectively.
- Maintain a patient-centric approach while prioritizing safety in medication administration.
- Experience with hospital certifications including primary stroke centers and trauma care is preferred.
- Join a team with an average tenure of 13 years, and leverage resources like the Sanford Guide and Clinical Key.
- Required dress code includes wearing scrubs, with silver and purple preferred.
- Engage with highly tenured staff and utilize the latest technologies and equipment in pharmacy practice.
