Preferred Qualifications:

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with a team of engineers and researchers to develop innovative solutions for complex challenges in the defense or related industry.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement desinged based on IRAD needs
- Develop and maintain simulation environments for testing and evaluating
- Conduct data analysis and feature engineering to improve model performance.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in AI/ML
- Collaborate with software engineers to integrate AI/ML models into existing systems.
- Document and present research findings and technical solutions.
Required Skills and Education
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and computer vision principles.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing ATR algorithms.
- Proficiency in Python and relevant ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Experience with data science tools and techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
