What you'll do
The salary for this role is $180,000.00 - 220,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.

What you'll do
- Own and steer global market strategy and key strategic initiatives (KSIs) to help achieve our financial goals, including developing global market programs and penetration strategies.
- Identify long-term demand creation opportunities by anticipating market trends, regulations, and new technologies.
- Partner with business leaders and collaborate with senior management to drive the global market strategy effectively.
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of global market size, landscape, and segmentation to derive channels for go-to-market strategies and evaluate new market potentials globally.
- Lead, coach, and develop global and regional teams, while ensuring alignment and promoting communication with internal teams (marketing, KAM/sales, innovation/product development) and external stakeholders.
- Drive and support the M&A pipeline, innovation agenda, and product positioning to enhance market penetration and value propositions.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or Chemistry; Master's degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in marketing or related fields, including strategy, business development, sales, or consulting.
- Proven experience in international team management in B2B environments.
- Strong desire to challenge and shake up the status quo, with demonstrated ability to achieve impactful change.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse groups across different seniority levels, cultures, and functions.
- Ability to excel as both a strong people manager and a significant individual contributor.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
