Intelligence & Security (I&S), based in McLean, Virginia, designs and delivers advanced defense, intelligence, and security solutions that support the important missions of our customers. Preferred Skills and Education
- Manage AV-8B CLS team and all technical projects related to this contract
- Serve as the liasion between the customers and the BAE Systems AV-8B team
- Review status of projects and budgets, manage schedules, and prepare status reports
- Assess issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives
- Provide technical and analytical guidance to the AV-8B team
- Assist in preparing SDRL deliveries as required by customers
- Assist in preparing monthly management reports for various programs
- Assist in proposal preparation for new business opportunities
Required Skills and Education
- Excellent customer relations experience and skills required
- Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree with 6+ years of experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong Project Management skills
- Experience managing a team/teams
