Salary Range: $120,000 - $130,000 annually (Based on experience)
4 locations: San Diego, Chula Vista, Carlsbad, Murrieta

California Head & Neck Specialists is seeking a dedicated Audiology Department Manager to lead our team of Audiologists, Hearing Instrument Specialists, and Audiology Administrative Specialists. This role is responsible for implementing best practices, ensuring the highest standards of patient care, and driving the strategic direction of the Audiology Department. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a strong clinical background and a commitment to excellence in audiological services.

Job Responsibilities:
Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead and inspire the Audiology Department, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Provide direct supervision, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to team members.
- Oversee hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
- Collaborate with practice leadership to integrate audiology services seamlessly within the organization.
- Ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care following best practices and industry standards.
- Oversee audiometric testing, treatment plans, and hearing aid fittings.
- Stay informed on advancements in audiology and implement relevant new technologies.
- Establish and maintain quality assurance protocols to uphold the highest standards of care.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify and address areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute strategic plans for department growth.
- Identify opportunities to expand audiological services within the organization.
- Represent the organization within the community, building relationships with healthcare providers and community groups.
- Participate in educational initiatives to promote hearing health and audiological services.
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) from an accredited institution.
- Licensure in the State of California as an Audiologist.
- Minimum of three years of leadership or supervisory experience in an audiological setting.

- Probationary Period: 60 days
- Benefits After Probation: Eligible for medical, dental, vision, and life insurance
- 401(k) Eligibility: After 6 months of employment
- Commission: 6% on hearing device payments
