Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Accurately document vehicle concerns and service requests.
- Advise customers on necessary repairs and maintenance, providing clear estimates.
- Work closely with technicians to ensure timely completion of services.
- Communicate with customers regarding vehicle status, recommendations, and follow-ups.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Upsell additional services and products when appropriate.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
- Process repair orders and payments accurately.
Qualifications:
- Previous automotive service advisor experience required.
- Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair processes.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Proficiency with dealership management systems (DealerTrack, CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, etc.) preferred.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
