Job Title: Manager of Cardiac Catheterization and Electrophysiology Laboratories

Must-Have: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Description:
The Manager of Cardiac Catheterization and Electrophysiology Laboratories is responsible for overseeing invasive cardiac and electrophysiology services.
They supervise clinical and nonclinical staff within the cardiovascular laboratories, including the cardiac cath and EP labs and hybrid room(s).
The manager formulates and implements policies and procedures to support quality improvement initiatives.
They review outcome measures and initiate necessary changes.
The role includes overseeing the implementation of various operational and quality improvement initiatives in invasive areas.
These areas include cardiac cath, electrophysiology, structural, vascular, and hybrid procedures and other related clinical services.
Candidates must be flexible with shift hours, including possible weekends and maintain 24/7 accountability.
Vaccinations are required, with medical or religious exemptions only allowed for flu vaccines.
Floating to different units may occur, and flexibility to float up to 50 miles is necessary.
No block scheduling or specific time-off requests are allowed, except within the policy limits.
Orientation includes 24 hours at the beginning of the assignment.
