As our Workday Integration Lead, you will be responsible for providing expert support, consulting on solutions, and implementing process improvements within our Workday environment. You will leverage your deep understanding of HR programs and systems to ensure our platform is aligned with business needs and operates at peak efficiency. Your ability to document and configure complex functional requirements, coupled with your strong analytical skills, will be crucial in troubleshooting issues and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert support, consulting, and implementation services for our Workday HRIS platform.
  • Design and implement process improvements to optimize HR programs and systems.
  • Utilize excellent oral and written communication skills to consult on solutions with stakeholders.
  • Document and configure complex functional requirements with precision and clarity.
  • Apply advanced analytical skills to problem-solve and troubleshoot Workday issues.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and HR clients, while also working independently.
  • Demonstrate a strong curiosity and passion for learning new technologies.
  • Employ excellent project management and organizational skills to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in Workday HRIS support, consulting, or implementation.
  • Strong understanding of HR programs and systems.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proven technical writing skills for documentation and configuration.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • A curious and proactive approach to learning new technologies.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Experience with PeopleSoft and ServiceNow.
  • Advanced reporting and analytics experience.
