Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Engineer to spearhead our AI initiatives and drive innovation in our product offerings. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing cutting-edge AI solutions, particularly in Generative AI or Agentic systems and natural language processing. This role requires a strategic thinker who is passionate about leveraging AI technologies to solve complex problems and deliver impactful results.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of AI models and algorithms, focusing on LLM, generative AI, and Agentic AI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into products and services.
• Research and apply the latest advancements in NLP, RAG, and machine learning techniques.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of data pipelines using Neo4j or GraphQL.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team.
• Define best practices for AI development and ensure high-quality standards in AI solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in AI model development and deployment, with a focus on LLM and generative AI (GenAI).
• Strong knowledge of natural language processing and machine learning frameworks.
• Experience with Neo4j or GraphQL is highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
