- Exempt, salaried
- New hires are placed on our starting wage scale of $125,000 to $156,200 per year.
- Based on performance, there is room to grow on our full wage scale of $125,000 to $187,500 per year.
Work Schedule:
- Five 8-hour shifts Monday-Friday with a Saturday rotation

Requirements
- Washington State Pharmacist license or be eligible to obtain one.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification - this training can be offered free of charge upon hire.
- Knowledge of State and Federal regulations.
- Knowledge of Pharmacy Quality Assurance Commission rules.
- Knowledge of 340B program.
- Ability to work with primary care providers to maximize cost effective prescribing patterns, improve clinical processes, and achieve clinical standards across the population of patients served by UCNW.
- Possess advanced general skills, including written and verbal communications skills, computational and computer skills, and mathematical knowledge at a level typically acquired through completion of a general bachelor's degree program.
- Possess the equivalent of the highest level of extensive formal training in Pharmacy including an understanding of the application of the theory and practices of the profession to the operations of the organization, usually in the form of a doctoral or post-doctoral degree (or other applicable extended training program).
- Possess a full understanding of the theory behind how procedures and practices in Pharmacy are developed, beyond how they are used at UCNW, in order to effectively make significant contributions to policy and procedure development.
- Experience with disease state management, precepting pharmacy students, and collaborative work with primary care providers and nursing staff desired.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Outlook and Excel.
- Keyboarding speed of 30 wpm and data entry skills; accuracy is essential.
