As a Senior Director at JLL, you will hold a critical position leading a regional team responsible for delivering challenging Corporate Interior projects for a financial services client. You'll lead and inspire a dynamic team of project managers, ensuring smooth project execution while fostering a culture of collaboration and integration. Your role involves developing strong client relationships, championing team growth, and driving business opportunities, all while adhering to legal requirements and optimizing financial performance.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:
  • Leading and mentoring a team of project managers that execute high-end projects ranging in size from $5M to $150M
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients
  • Overseeing high level estimates, project timelines, budgets, RFPs, and resources to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery
  • Fostering a culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and innovation within the team and across the organization
  • Adhering to legal requirements and ensuring accurate financial reporting and analysis


Desired experience and technical skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., architecture, construction management, engineering) (REQUIRED)
  • 15+ years of experience leading high end / high touch Real Estate projects with a focus on Corporate Interiors (REQUIRED)
  • Demonstrates high energy for the business, ability to energize others, and the willingness to take risks and make tough decisions.
  • Extensive interface with landlords, architects, client staff, property managers, building operators, municipalities and vendors
  • Proven ability to motivate and manage multiple stakeholder groups, maintain client relationships and manage conflict resolution
  • Experience working in a global organization with multicultural teams
  • Ability to travel as needed; providing appropriate level of on-site supervision to ensure project and team performance criteria's are met
  • Experience managing a team of 3-6 Project Managers executing complex, large-scale projects throughout the real estate lifecycle
  • Comprehensive knowledge of real estate development processes and regulations
  • Advanced proficiency in project scheduling, budget management, and contract management
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and JLL Work Dynamics tech suite


Estimated total compensation for this position:

180,000.00 - 210,000.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
