You will be responsible for bringing together survey-based research and observed behavioral data to give a total connected view of insights and intelligence for the teams and clients. As a strategic partner to our clients and OMG23 teams, your responsibility is to deliver insights and intelligence that fuels growth of their brands. You are responsible for working with the dedicated media planning, research and data science teams to uncover growth opportunities, both short and long term, and advising our clients on which strategic direction they should take. You are a partner to both the client and the internal teams that work across all lines of business, working together to guide our clients to success.

Within this role, you have two core areas of responsibility:

Audience Intelligence for the client
  • You will analyze market trends and competitive data, keeping a pulse on the state of the category and industry, bringing insights to your client. You will be an expert at leveraging our unique data and cultural intelligence tools to bring clear and concise insights for the clients to leverage
  • You will continuously monitor the brands, client product and show release performance and health, working closely with the research team and OMG23 strategy and planning leads to advise on the opportunities for growth
  • You will be an expert in audience understanding, using qualitative and quantitative intelligence (Inclusive of our Omni platform, 3rd party research tools, custom surveys and client data) to understand and anticipate consumer needs, using these insights to inform brand and media strategy
  • You will lead and develop best in class intelligence presentations for your client, ensuring clear and concise storytelling that delivers on the needs of the client, understanding the nuances between what Senior leaders need vs day to day media teams need
  • You will have a relentless focus on the insights that are going to deliver business outcomes and unlock revenue for your client
  • When necessary, you will create and facilitate client workshops, bringing thought provoking work to them

Intelligence for our teams
  • You will work closely with our research, intelligence and data science team to orchestrate the roadmap and priorities needed for the research questionnaires and quick pulse surveys
  • You will lead and advise on the insights and intelligence of our recommendations, working with the research, intelligence and data science teams to connect the dots across the entire recommendation and ensure insights are fueling strategic direction.
  • You will deliver thought leadership that can sit both internally for the OMG 23 team and externally for the Client, showcasing future thinking POVs that shape the strategic product and work
  • You will partner with the dedicated research and intelligence team to advise and up level the work, bringing guidance and mentorship to team members where necessary
  • You will be able to work with the team to translate client asks into quick turn survey questions (3-5 questions), get them in market and produce insights and findings in real time

How we will measure success:
  • You will help to deliver strong TRR scores for your client, with 'insights and intelligence' being called out as a positive
  • You will expand the adoption of OMG products and services on your account
  • You will create and cultivate new strategic talent


Qualifications:
  • You have a strong ability to have intelligent conversations about insights and audience intelligence with internal teams and clients
  • You must have experience and knowledge within the entertainment category
  • You must have 7 years of experience in either strategy, planning or audience intelligence
  • You will have a proven track record in delivering uncovering insights and making recommendations that fuel growth for clients you have managed or worked on

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits.

Compensation Range

$150,000-$175,000 USD

This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
