Location: Orlando or North America attraction / site
Reports To: VP Global Partnerships

In this leadership role, you'll be the architect of new revenue streams, driving strategic, creative partnerships that elevate our brand and create exceptional guest experiences.
As the Head of Partnership Sales, you'll take the lead in generating new business by identifying, developing, and securing dynamic partnerships across a range of platforms. With your strategic mindset and commercial acumen, you'll build lasting relationships with senior decision-makers while championing integrated marketing partnerships that fuel business growth and brand visibility.
What You'll Be Doing:
Qualifications & Experience
Extensive experience in senior partnership or sponsorship roles (8-10 years), ideally in the entertainment, media, or related industries, with a proven track record of securing and managing large, global accounts.
Proven ability to drive revenue growth through high-value partnerships and sponsorships, with deep commercial acumen.
Strong leadership and strategic thinking capabilities, with the experience of aligning regional and global strategies to maximize impact.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Expertise in sponsorships, marketing, media, and brand management, leveraging these to create successful partnerships.
Extensive experience in sales and negotiations, with a demonstrated ability to close high-value deals and manage senior stakeholder relationships effectively.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers across all levels of the organization.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple high-profile projects simultaneously and deliver results.
Leadership abilities, inspiring and developing high-performing teams in fast-paced environments, fostering collaboration, and achieving results.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Revenue Generation & Prospecting:
Lead the charge in securing integrated marketing partnerships to drive revenue growth. Develop and execute sales strategies that identify new opportunities across global markets. - Client Engagement & Negotiation:
Cultivate strong relationships with senior decision-makers in the entertainment and agency sectors. Lead negotiations and deliver tailored partnership proposals that align with both partner and Merlin's objectives. - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with teams across Merlin-including Global Brand, Global Content, Marketing, and Operations-to create impactful and cohesive partnership activations. - Opportunity Development & New Platforms:
Innovate by creating new commercial platforms and bespoke opportunities that elevate Merlin's partnership offerings. - Revenue Projections & Reporting:
Oversee partnership revenue projections and manage pipeline reporting, ensuring clear tracking of opportunities and revenue targets.
