Are you an Occupational Therapist passionate about helping seniors regain their independence? Venza Care is seeking a dedicated OT to join our dynamic rehabilitation team in Aiken, SC. This is your chance to make a lasting impact on patients' lives in a supportive skilled nursing environment.
$42.00 - $50.00/ hour based on experience
What You'll Do:
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations Develop creative, individualized treatment plans Collaborate with a supportive, interdisciplinary team Provide hands-on therapy focusing on daily living skills and oversee COTA interventions Guide patients in using adaptive equipment Mentor and guide therapy staff
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy Current state OT license 2+ years of experience in skilled nursing or similar setting (preferred) Passion for geriatric care and rehabilitation Creativity in problem-solving and activity adaptation
