Join Alberta Blue Cross as a results-driven Product Manager to turn data insights into impactful solutions - shaping the success of our product portfolio.

As a key member of our product management team, you will own and optimize one or more products within our portfolio. This role is focused on execution - turning product strategies into market-ready solutions that deliver value, meet evolving customer needs, and achieve business goals. You'll leverage market insights and performance data to identify opportunities and ensure ongoing product optimization and market alignment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
  • Lead Product Execution: Own and oversee the product lifecycle - from development to delivery and on-going optimization.
  • Leverage Market & Performance Insight: Leverage market intelligence and data to identify gaps and lead product improvements.
  • Drive Cross-functional Collaboration: Lead diverse teams to deliver, optimize, and sustain high-impact products that meet evolving market needs.
  • Build Product Partnerships: Support strategic partnerships that enhance product capabilities and market reach.
  • Lead Go-to-Market Strategy and Execution: Ensure successful product launches and sustained performance through effective planning and execution.


WHAT YOU WILL HAVE:
  • 3-6+ years of proven product management experience, with expertise in agile methodologies and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong analytical skills - able to interpret data to inform decisions and drive product improvements.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of influencing and aligning teams across all levels.
  • A skilled facilitator, able to rally stakeholders, guide key discussions, and facilitate effective decision-making while translating complex ideas into simple concepts for better understanding.
  • Resilient and adaptable - capable of navigating change and leading through ambiguity with a focus on delivering results.
  • Skilled at building credibility and trust across diverse teams, fostering positive, productive relationships that drive collaboration and support organizational change.
  • A bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field.
  • Health insurance industry knowledge is an asset.
