Job Summary:
The Area Director of Revenue Management (ADRM) will be responsible for driving revenue performance and optimizing total hotel profitability across ADERO, Rio Mar, and Palmas. This role requires a strategic and analytical leader who can develop, implement, and execute revenue management strategies that maximize Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and GOPPAR while aligning with the company's financial goals.
The ADRM will collaborate with property-level revenue teams, sales, marketing, finance, and operations to ensure that pricing, distribution, and revenue strategies are effectively driving market share and profitability. This leader will also oversee forecasting, budgeting, competitive analysis, and demand modeling to support data-driven decision-making.
Education & Experience:
Minimum 5+ years of revenue management experience.
Strong analytical skills with expertise in STR reporting, revenue analytics, and forecasting models.
Proficiency in revenue management systems (e.g., IDeaS, Duetto, SynXis, One Yield, etc.).
Deep understanding of hotel distribution channels, digital marketing, and e-commerce strategies.
Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
Bachelor's degree in business, Hospitality Management, Finance, or a related field preferred.
Experience with resort or luxury properties is a plus.

Flexible and long hours are sometimes required.
Light work - Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
