Infrastructure Supply Chain Lead (Commercial/Technology)

As a Infrastructure Supply Chain Lead in the AI infrastructure ecosystem, you know the technology trends, the players, and the ecosystem. You have experience in forming and building partnerships, from startups to the largest industry players, transforming concepts into scale products. You are curious about technology and have a creative approach to commercial discussions. You understand the end-to-end supply chain from new product development through to manufacturing and fulfillment. This role will develop strategies and lead implementation to solve our largest challenges to keep Meta at the forefront of AI infrastructure. The right leader will leverage their experience in both commercial and technical domains, combined with cross-functional management skills, to deliver meaningful impact through Meta's infrastructure products. Infrastructure Supply Chain Lead (Commercial/Technology) Responsibilities

• Work with our various infrastructure engineering teams across data center, compute, and network to develop industry leading product roadmaps
• Identify and develop commercial and technical partnerships to meet our product goals
• Develop strategies and lead implementation to solve important challenges across Meta's infrastructure supply chain
• Influence key stakeholders taking feedback and gaining alignment on proposed direction and plans
• Maintain a broad understanding of industry and supply chain external developments to enable Meta to leverage best practices and stay at the leading edge.
• Establish and develop data driven approach, including metrics, to measure progress and outcomes
• Effectively communicate to multiple stakeholders and teams
• Grow and develop leaders across the infrastructure supply chain organization.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a directly related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of experience in leading partnership development/sourcing global, complex supply chain teams in infrastructure or related domain
• 10+ years of experience in product development in advanced infrastructure - silicon, compute, network, AI, and/or data center space.
• Leader that has incubated and developed successful partnerships with both start-up and large companies .
• Demonstrated successful partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to influence and execute supply chain strategy and execution.
• Proven experience to create and follow a structured communication strategy to keep internal and external stakeholders informed and engaged.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Experience with commercial and technical factors in scale infrastructure
• Experience in partnering with OEM/ODM/CM manufacturers of compute, storage, network, and data center infrastructure

$253,000/year to $319,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
