Minimum Qualification Requirements
Applicants must meet at least one of the following minimum requirements to qualify for positions in this job classification:
Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a Bachelor's degree and experience equal to four years of full-time work in one or more professional-level human resources management areas such as employment, recruitment, position classification, compensation, labor relations, collective bargaining, safety, worker's compensation, wellness, and benefits administration. A combination of a total of eight years of education and full-time experience (as described in number one), where thirty semester hours of accredited college or university course work equals one year of full-time experience. Graduation from an accredited law school. Current, continuous experience in the state executive branch that includes three and a half years of full-time work as a Human Resources Professional 1.
