Qualifications

Responsibilities
As a USMC SME with AMERICAN SYSTEMS you will have the opportunity to do the following:
- Serve as conduit/integrator of tactical joint aviation training into DTOC and larger ANG enterprise training capabilities
- Support OT as a joint training event SME
- Support mission planning and provide mission briefings where applicable to both joint service and ANG communities on distributed training capabilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and eight (8) to ten (10) years related experience; a combination of education and experience can be used in lieu of degree
- SECRET clearance
- Current or former qualification with a minimum of five (5) years experience in any of the following areas of expertise:
- Composite Warfare Commander (CWC) concept, roles and responsibilities
- III MEF organic forces
- I MAW organic forces
- USMC/USN Fighter aircraft
- USMC/USN Rotary Wing aircraft
- Marine Corps combat arms officer
- Marine Corps aviation experience as pilot (fixed wing or rotary wing)
- Marine Corps Command, Control and Communications (C3)
- Current or previous Marine Aviation Weapons and Tactics Squadron or Top Gun Graduate, C2 Instructor
- Air Officer (AirO)
- Joint Tactical Air Controller (JTAC)
Pay Transparency Statement
AMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is USD $113,400.00/Yr. - USD $189,300.00/Yr. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
