We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead an 11-person team responsible for CRM and Corporate Systems. This role requires a strong leader with deep expertise in Salesforce architecture and implementation, specifically within Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC), as well as broad experience managing technical teams across both implementation and operational functions.

This is not a Salesforce-specific role; rather, it encompasses a broader range of responsibilities related to CRM and Corporate Systems, including technical tools and platforms used across the entire firm. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage an 11-person team responsible for CRM and Corporate Systems, ensuring high performance and alignment with business objectives.
  • Oversee the architecture, implementation, and ongoing management of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
  • Provide strategic leadership and technical oversight for a variety of corporate systems used across the firm.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to define system roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and drive system enhancements.
  • Ensure effective system integrations, security, and data governance across CRM and Corporate Systems.
  • Drive operational excellence, continuous improvement, and best practices in system management.
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into effective technical solutions.
  • Oversee vendor relationships and manage third-party technology partnerships as needed.
  • Develop and mentor team members, fostering a culture of innovation and professional growth.

Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in CRM and Corporate Systems management, with a strong background in Salesforce architecture and implementation.
  • Proven experience in implementing and managing Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience overseeing technical teams in both implementation and operational roles.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Experience managing enterprise-wide corporate systems and ensuring their alignment with business objectives.
  • Solid understanding of system integrations, data governance, and security best practices.
  • Ability to drive strategic initiatives and manage complex projects across multiple teams.
  • Experience with vendor and third-party technology relationship management.
  • Strong leadership skills including planning, managing and measuring quality
  • Complete systems development life cycle expertise including analysis, designing application solutions, programming, testing and training.
  • Strong problem resolution skills
  • Strong technical background with hands on experience working with Microsoft based technologies (T-SQL/.NET/C#). Have a good understanding of Azure components and infrastructure.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Architect, FSC Consultant)
  • Experience in financial services or related industries
  • Knowledge of enterprise technology ecosystems beyond Salesforce


The salary range for this position is $160,000-$170,000. The salary range provided reflects the base salary range for this position as required by legislation. In addition, there is an annual performance bonus which contributes to the total compensation of this position. Further questions may be directed to the HR team during the interview process.
